Remains of 275 US Soldiers Dumped in Landfill

A Washington Post report revealed that from 2003 to 2008 body parts from at least 274 soldiers were cremated and then dumped in a Virginia landfill. Relatives and loved ones of the deceased were lead to believe the soldiers were being disposed of with respect and dignity. The landfill was also unaware of the practice.
