Syria: It’s All About The Pipelines

Is Syria purely a humanitarian issue or is it about gas? Heard about the two competing pipelines vying to run through Syria? Ironically the two sides of the pipeline issue also happen to represent the two sides in Syria’s war.

The first proposed pipeline starts in Qatar and runs through Syria, Turkey and Saudi Arabia but Assad rejected it. The second pipeline starts in Iran and also runs through Syria but Assad said yes to this pipeline. What a coincidence right?

This isn’t about humanitarian causes, this is about oil. We know that, you know that, we all know that. War in the mideast… it’s always about gas/oil/money. Robert Kennedy Junior reminds of this. He wrote a great article detailing how for decades the U.S. has been instigating coups all to install US oil friendly leaders in various mid-east countries.
