David Hogg’s Profanity Laced Interview Reveals His Ignorance

David Hogg, a student who was in the vicinity of the Parkland, Florida school shooting, is making news again for his childish behavior.

The mainstream media obsession with the Marjory Stoneman Douglass High School students is getting creepy. And the way these kids, who were the victims of a tragedy, are treated as if they are experts in gun reform and the Constitution, is even worse.

In some cases the kids themselves have gotten to the point where their arrogance is grating on the nerves of even those who have otherwise supported them.

David Hogg is a shining example of this.

When the shooting first happened, all of America felt for these kids who had just experienced a tragedy.

Many of them decided to become active in the debate for stricter gun control and, while conservatives like me disagreed with their positions, we respected that they had the right to speak and be heard, even as the media has ignored the students who are not in favor of more gun control.

The majority of the students have been respectful. But two students, David Hogg and Cameron Kasky, have been on a grand media tour as if they were actors who were starring in a new movie.

In many of their appearances they have behaved as if they have all the answers, acting arrogant, rude and condescending to senators, governors and others.

In a video interview with The Outline, Hogg berated the National Rifle Association, calling it a group of “pathetic f***ers that want to keep killing our children.”

It is important to note that Hogg was not in the building where the shooting occurred, his father worked for the FBI and his mother is an anti-President Donald Trump activist. It is likely that his feelings on the NRA, and all things conservative, developed long before the shooting.

Hogg routinely attacks Republicans on his Twitter page on topics ranging from climate change to voting rights, as he markets himself as a gun control activist.

His interview with The Outline continued to go off the rails as he accused the NRA and Republicans of having no regard for murdered children.

“It just makes me think what sick f***ers out there want to continue to sell more guns, murder more children, and honestly just get reelected,” he said.

“What type of s***ty person does that?” Hogg continued. “They could have blood from children splattered all over their faces and they wouldn’t take action, because they all still see these dollar signs.”

And he is going to see to it that “those f***ers aren’t getting reelected.”

Because America is waiting for a 17-year-old kid to tell it how to vote.

But when I asked if he had ideas for changes to the gun laws he replied “I shouldn’t have to! I’m 17.”

In that case David, perhaps you should consider not talking about things you don’t understand.

Caution: Language.

This fairly ridiculous and the opinion of someone who cares more about manners than data and the lives of Americans. The only individuals tired of individuals standing up to gun violence or those who didn’t take it seriously in the first place.

I understand this is opnion, but at least try to bring facts — this isn’t Breitbart.
