This video is part of a series on immigration at the border. In a previous video Citizen Truth reporter Jenna Mulligan rode along on a water drop and aid drive in the Arizona desert which you can watch here.

Citizen Truth reporter Jenna Mulligan reports after spending a day at an Operation Streamline court in Tucson, Arizona.

The Tucson court is one of three courts in the United States that fast-tracks immigration hearings through the Operation Streamline system.

Within days of an arrest by a border patrol agent or similar official, immigrants appear in front of a judge. Up to 70 people at a time are sentenced before a judge with either a misdemeanor or felony, or they have their charges waived altogether.

Hear about Jenna’s day in court and what happened at the immigration proceedings.
