The New Yorker Magazine published a story Sunday night of a woman who said Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh exposed himself and forced her to touch his penis while both were college freshman at Yale.

The woman, whose name is Deborah Ramirez, is the second person to come forward with a story of sexual misconduct by Kavanaugh. Christine Blasey Ford was the first when she alleged that Kavanaugh held her down, covered her mouth, and sexually assaulted her in high school.

The two women may not be the last to come forward.

Michael Avenatti, who is most famously known as Stormy Daniels lawyer, has said that he represents a woman with credible information regarding Kavanaugh and Mark Judge, the friend that Christine Blasey Ford said was in the room during the attempted sexual assault.

That woman, he said, is not Deborah Ramirez. Avenatii is representing another woman who he claims wants to testify at the Senate hearing and will provide “credible information.”

Avenatii also earlier tweeted that what happens at Georgetown Prep does not stay at Georgetown Prep, inferring that his client has something to reveal about Kavanaugh’s behavior at Georgetown Prep. Avenatti’s tweets also suggest Mark Judge will be implicated in his client’s revelations.

According to the latest reports, Ford has agreed to testify next week in front of the Senate Judiciary Committee. Earlier reports said Ford’s lawyers had agreed via a phone call to her testifying on Thursday, but CNN has since reported that Ford’s lawyers wrote in a message to the committee agreeing that Ford would give testimony “next week”, but did not mention a specific date or time.

Ford’s lawyers have said many aspects of the Judiciary Committee’s proposal was “fundamentally inconsistent with the Committee’s promise of a fair, impartial investigation into her allegations.”
